青少年动物摄影主题展《Hello，朋友》征稿启事
Invitation for “Hello, Friends” Themed Photography Exhibition through the Teenager Photographer' Lens
各位青少年朋友：
Dear young photographers:
受中国三门峡自然生态国际摄影大展艺委会的委托，现面向国内外青少年摄影师征集“动物”主题摄影作品。
Entrusted by the Art Committee of the International Photographic Exhibition of Sanmenxia Natural Ecology, China, we are now collecting photographs from young photographers, at home and abroad, for the “animal” theme photography exhibition.
征稿要求：
Requirements:
1、征稿对象：2019年12月30日前未满18岁的青少年均可参赛。
Subjects: Teenagers who are under 18 years old (before December 30th, 2019).
2、作品要求：
Requirements of Works:
1） 相机或手机拍摄均可。投稿作品为JPG格式，大小在3M以上；
Photos can be taken by cameras or phones. The format is JPG; the size is at least 3M;
2） 本次作品征集分为3大类：
The collection has 3 categories:
a. 动物肖像类；
Animal Portrait;
b. 自然类: 动物的精彩瞬间 (不得用修图软件对作品内容进行人为修改）；
Nature: the splendid moments of animals (No software shall be used for content modification);
c. 艺术类: 动物相关的PS创意作品；
Art: animal-related Photoshop creative photographs;
3）每幅（组）作品要求配有标题，拍摄时间地点，以及拍摄过程描述或作品描述（不超过300字）；
Every picture (series) should have a title, shooting time and location, and a short paragraph of description (300 words max.).
4） 单幅不超过6幅，组照每组作品不超过8张；
No more than six pictures if submitting as single photograph; No more than eight pictures if submitting as a series;

4、请留下您的通信地址和电话，以便作品入展后支付稿费与发放证书。
Please leave your address and telephone number for payment of contributions and certification after the exhibition.
5、本次活动不收参加费，不退稿。
There is no fee for participation and no refund of contributions.
6、投稿者应保证其为所投送作品的作者，并对该作品的整体及局部均拥有独立、完整、明确、无争议的著作权；投稿者还应保证其所投送的作品不侵犯第三人的包括著作权、肖像权、名誉权、隐私权等在内的合法权益。投稿者应承担由其稿件及投稿行为所引发的一切后果与责任。
Contributors should ensure that they are the authors of the works submitted, and that they have independent, complete, clear and undisputed copyright over the whole and part of the works. Contributors should also ensure that the works they submit do not infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of third parties, including copyright, portrait right, reputation right, privacy right, etc. Contributors shall bear all consequences and responsibilities arising from their contributions and submissions.
7、主办、承办单位有权以复制、发行、展览、放映、信息网络传播、汇编等方式使用入选作品（包括且不限于制作出版物、展览、制作CD、专题影视节目、旅游推介宣传、专题网站等），并不再另付报酬。
The sponsors and contractors have the right to use the selected works by means of reproduction, distribution, exhibition, projection, information network dissemination and compilation (including and not limited to the production of publications, exhibitions, CD production, special film and television programs, tourism promotion and publicity, special websites, etc.) and no additional remuneration shall be paid.
8、本征稿启事解释权属于主承办单位。凡投稿者，即视为其已同意本征稿启事之所有规定。
The right to interpret the solicitation notice belongs to the main contractor. Any contributor shall be deemed to have agreed to all the provisions of the notice for the solicitation of contributions.
