Introduction
第二届中国浙江(湘湖)国际摄影大展面向全球摄影人征集作品，获得PSA美国摄影学会和GPU世界摄影师联盟认证，所获成绩皆计入两个大组织名衔积分(“湘湖”旅游主题组除外)。
The 2nd Zhejiang (Xianghu lake) International Photography Exhibition is open to all photographers in the world. It has been recognized by PSA and GPU. All acceptances will be sent to the PSA for credit towards “Star Rating” and “Who’s Who in Photography” (except “Xianghu Lake” theme).

萧山·湘湖 / Xiaoshan· Xianghu lake
湘湖以风景秀丽而被誉为西湖的“姐妹湖”。是一个位于中国浙江省杭州市萧山区的湖泊，湘湖还是华夏文明的发源地之一。
这里发掘的跨湖桥文化遗址，是国家级文物保护单位，这里出土了世界上最早的独木舟，把浙江文明史前推到八千年；湘湖城山之颠的越王城遗址，距今已有2500多年的历史，是当年勾践屯兵抗吴的重要军事城堡，见证了“卧薪尝胆”的历史风云，为迄今为止保存最好的古城墙遗址；湘湖是唐代大诗人贺知章的故里，李白、陆游、文天祥、刘基等历代名人在此留有不朽诗文。
Xianghu lake isknown as the West Lake’s "sister lake" for its beautiful scenery. It is a lake inXiaoshan District of Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China. It also is one of the cradlesof Chinese civilization.
The site of thecross-lake bridge excavated here is a national protected cultural relic unit.The earliest canoes in the world were excavated here, which pushed Zhejiang’s history of civilization back to eightthousand years ago. The ruins of the Yue King’s City on the top of the hills by Xianghu lakeis more than 2,500 years old. It was an important military fortress whereGoujian stationed troops to fight the Wu State’s army. It witnessed the story of the Yue State’s King who “slept on the brushwood and tasted the gall”. It’s by far the best preserved ancient city wall ruins. Xianghu lake isthe hometown of He Zhizhang, a great poet of the Tang Dynasty. Li Bai, Lu You,Wen Tianxiang, Liu Ji and other famous poets all left eternal poems here.

“一般”组 / General Section
参赛作品不限主题，彩色，黑白均可，允许对作品进行各种后期加工。
Any subject, theme or technique photos, with more than one color or monochrome color are eligible. Techniques of adjustment are allowed in this section.
“自然” / Nature section
参赛作品严格限于使用摄影手段表现自然，不包括人类学和考古学的范畴，必须具有真实性。内容的本身价值比图片的质量更为重要。必须排除人类的因素，除非极少数可加强表现自然的情况。不能移动，复制，添加或删减照片中的元素，只允许改变图像尺寸和裁剪，去除灰点和噪点，整服转换成黑白。不能使用特殊效果滤镜及红外效果，所有的调整须呈现自然的效果。
Nature photography is restricted to the use of the photographic process to depict all branches of natural history, except anthropology and archeology, and should be in its honest presentation. The story telling value of a photograph must be weighed more than the pictorial quality while maintaining high technical quality. Human elements shall not be present, except where those human elements are integral parts of the nature story such as nature subjects. Techniques that add, relocate, replace or remove any element of the original image, except by cropping, are not permitted. The only allowable adjustments are removal of dust or digital noise, restoration of the appearance of the original scene, and complete conversion to greyscale monochrome. Other derivations, including infrared, are not permitted. All allowed adjustments must appear natural.
“旅游”组 / Travel section
参赛作品表现特定的时间和地点下，风光和自然状态下的人类生活和文化，没有地域限制。失去环境特点的超近摄，影室风格的模特摆拍，及对影像的后期加工使其失去环境特点，改变内容的作品均不能被本组接受。不能移动，复制，添加或删减照片中的元素，只允许改变图像尺寸和裁剪，去除灰点和噪点，整服转换成黑白。不能使用特殊效果滤镜及红外效果，所有的调整须呈现自然的效果。
A Photo Travel image expresses the characteristic features or culture of a land as they are found naturally. There are no geographic limitations. Images from events or activities arranged specifically for photography, or of subjects directed or hired for photography are not appropriate. Close up pictures of people or objects must include features that provide information about the environment. Techniques that add, relocate, replace or remove any element of the original image, except by cropping, are not permitted. The only allowable adjustments are removal of dust or digital noise, restoration of the appearance of the original scene, and complete conversion to greyscale monochrome. “湘湖”旅游主题组 / “Xianghu Lake” theme
参赛作品参照旅游组标准，但内容须围绕杭州湘湖的风光及风土人情主题。
Images same as travel section but all focus on Xianghu Lake, Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China.
以上每组最多投四张，彩色黑白均可，标题必须为中文或英文，不能以“无题”作为标题。
Each sections there is a maximum of 4 digital files with color or monochrome. Titles should be English or Chinese. NO TITLE is not allowed.

1、参赛作品须通过大展官方网站www.zjchinaphoto.com在线提交，并在线支付参赛费。不接受邮寄光盘和冲印作品。
2、参赛作品应提交作品中文名或英文名。不同作品名称不得重复，不得使用照相机自动生成的序列文件名或无题代替。同一幅作品只能参加一个组。
3、参赛作品的任何位置，不得出现作者的标识、标记、水印、姓名或签名，作品必须无边框。作品长边不大于1920像素，高度不大于1080像素，提交作品数字文件必须为JPG文件格式，文件大小不大于3M。
1. All photos should be uploaded through our website: www.zjchinaphoto.com and pay entry fee by paypal or alipay online. We do not accept email or CD/DVD by mail.
2. Every entry shall have a Chinese title or English title. Different works must not have the same title. No entry shall use the serial filenames automatically generated by the camera or “No Title” as their titles. One photo should not be in different sections.
3. No entry shall have the photographer’s sign, mark, watermark, name or signature in any place. No entry shall have a frame. Files must be JPEG format, the maximum length is 1920 pixels, and maximum height is 1080pixels, maximum for each photo is 3M each.

作品评选
Assessment of Entries
大展将由九名专业、权威的评委担任评审工作（含至少两位海外评委）。
为了公平，公正，权威，由国际专家评审委员会进行评选。评审委员会的决定为最终决定，不得修改，不得上诉。
The exhibition will have nine professional and authoritative judges (including at least two overseas judges) to assess the entries.
In order to be fair, impartial and authoritative, the international expert jury shall assess the entries. The jury’s decision shall be final and shall not be amended or appealed.
参赛费用
Entry Fee
遵循国际影赛通行标准，本赛事收取参赛费，标准如下：
1、中国大陆参赛者，不限组别，统一参赛费人民币￥80元；
2、海外参赛者（含港澳台地区），统一参赛费美元$15。
Entrants of Mainland China RMB80 each and from overseas USD15each no matter how many sections.

Attention
1、参赛作品不得含有涉嫌违反有关法律法规以及社会公序良俗的内容，大展组委有权对违规作品进行处理。
2、参赛者应保证其对参赛作品拥有独力、完整的著作权，作品不得侵犯第三人的任何权利。参赛者本人承担任何侵权行为的法律责任。大展组委会有权按照法律规定进行处理一切侵权行为。
1. No entry shall contain content that violates relevant laws or public order and good custom. The Exhibition Organizing Committee shall have the right to dispose works that break the rule.
2. Participants shall ensure that they have the sole and complete copyright of their entries, and the works shall not infringe any rights of any third party. The participants shall bear the legal responsibility for any infringement. The Exhibition Organizing Committee shall have the right to handle all infringements by law.
